Rule 14, Punjab Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Licensing) Rules, 2020 [SAS-E3E]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the proprietor of a lodging house shall apply to the Superintendent of Police in Form VII for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees, and the Superintendent of Police shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
