Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the court receiver shall apply to the Bar Council in Form C for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees, and the Bar Council shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
