Surrender of certificate.—Every court receiver who ceases to carry on the management of property in the custody of the court shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Bar Council in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every deposition held by him has been disposed of.
