Application for registration.—Every keeper of animals within the municipal limits carrying on the keeping of animals shall make an application for registration to the Standing Committee in Form G, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees and a statement of every sanitary certificate held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
