Surrender of certificate.—Every trading licensee who ceases to carry on the trading of electricity shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VIII of the manner in which every cylinder held by him has been disposed of.
