Intimation of change.—Every advertiser on railway premises shall intimate to the Railway Administration, in Form F and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Railway Administration shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
