Application for registration.—Every manager of a school library carrying on the running of a school library shall make an application for registration to the Board of Secondary Education in Form G, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every mark sheet held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
