Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of an open school shall apply to the Director of Education in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Director of Education shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
