Application for registration.—Every grantee carrying on the receipt of grants shall make an application for registration to the Procurement Authority in Form GFR 41, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every bill held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
