Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the contractor for the mid-day meal shall apply to the School Tribunal in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the School Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
