Safe custody.—Every contractor for the mid-day meal shall keep every certificate of recognition to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the supply of mid-day meals is carried on, shall record in Form B the description of every certificate of recognition so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the School Tribunal within seven days of the close of each year.
