Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these rules shall be kept at the office of the Town Vending Committee in the custody of the Municipal Commissioner, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Town Vending Committee; and where the Municipal Commissioner having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form F within fourteen days of the succession.
