Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a parking lot who ceases to carry on the running of a parking lot shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Town Vending Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every assessment list held by him has been disposed of.
