Intimation of change.—Every operator of a parking lot shall intimate to the Town Vending Committee, in Form D and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Town Vending Committee shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand five hundred rupees.
