Application for registration.—Every operator of a parking lot carrying on the running of a parking lot shall make an application for registration to the Town Vending Committee in Form D, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every notice of demolition held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
