Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any operator of a parking lot dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the Town Vending Committee in Form G, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every assessment list then held; and the Town Vending Committee shall enter the intimation in the register within fourteen days of its receipt.
