Application for registration.—Every trading house carrying on the export of goods as a trading house shall make an application for registration to the Board of Approval in Form ANF-2A, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every foreign exchange held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and eighty days from that date.
