Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a slaughter house who ceases to carry on the running of a slaughter house shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Food Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every analysis report held by him has been disposed of.
