Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a slaughter house shall apply to the Food Authority in Form D for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of seven thousand five hundred rupees, and the Food Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
