Conditions of registration.—Every operator of a slaughter house shall carry on the running of a slaughter house only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every register of purchases in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such register of purchases for inspection on request by the Food Analyst, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
