Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the organiser shall apply to the Disciplinary Panel in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the Disciplinary Panel shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fourteen days of the application.
