Intimation of change.—Every exporter shall intimate to the proper officer, in Form GSTR-9 and within one hundred and eighty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the proper officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
