Application for registration.—Every repairer of weights and measures carrying on the repair of weights and measures shall make an application for registration to the State Commission in Form A, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every advertisement held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
