Application for registration.—Every donor to a political party carrying on the making of donations to a political party shall make an application for registration to the Chief Electoral Officer in Form 12, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every electoral roll held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
