Surrender of certificate.—Every donor to a political party who ceases to carry on the making of donations to a political party shall, within three days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Chief Electoral Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 2B of the manner in which every nomination paper held by him has been disposed of.
