Surrender of certificate.—Every executive officer of a temple who ceases to carry on the administration of a temple shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Deputy Charity Commissioner in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every register of trusts held by him has been disposed of.
