Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any owner of a mine within a forest dies, his legal representative shall, within seven days of the death, intimate the death to the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests in Form VI, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every sample of effluent then held; and the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests shall enter the intimation in the register within fifteen days of its receipt.
