Report of inspection.—The Deputy Registrar of Trade Marks shall, within one hundred and eighty days of an inspection, submit a report of the inspection to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in Form TM-A, and a copy of the report shall be furnished to the authorised user of a geographical indication on request.
