Application for registration.—Every authorised user of a geographical indication carrying on the use of a geographical indication shall make an application for registration to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in Form 2, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty thousand rupees and a statement of every mark held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for three hundred and sixty-five days from that date.
