Fees.—The fee of four thousand rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of forty thousand rupees payable on any other application under these rules shall be paid to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form 9; and the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within ninety days of its receipt.
