Authorised agent.—Any authorised user of a geographical indication may authorise, in writing, an agent to make applications, furnish returns and receive notices on his behalf under these rules, shall intimate to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in Form 3 the name and address of the agent within one hundred and twenty days of the authorisation, and shall intimate the revocation of the authorisation within one hundred and eighty days of the revocation.
