Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any authorised user of a geographical indication dies, his legal representative shall, within three hundred and sixty-five days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in Form 27, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every specification then held; and the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi shall enter the intimation in the register within thirty days of its receipt.
