Maintenance of premises.—Every authorised user of a geographical indication shall keep the premises where the use of a geographical indication is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every geographical indication kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the use of a geographical indication, and shall furnish to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in Form 9, within three hundred and sixty-five days of the commencement of these rules, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
