Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a private network who ceases to carry on the operation of a captive telecommunication network shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every tower held by him has been disposed of.
