Application for registration.—Every insurer issuing policies carrying on the issue of policies of insurance shall make an application for registration to the Collector in Form H, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees and a statement of every refund application held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
