Surrender of certificate.—Every displaced person who ceases to carry on the allotment of property to a displaced person shall, within three hundred and sixty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Sub-Registrar in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 2 of the manner in which every parcel of land held by him has been disposed of.
