Intimation of change.—Every operator of a hostel for tenants shall intimate to the Appellate Tribunal, in Form F and within one hundred and eighty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Appellate Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
