Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a hostel for tenants who ceases to carry on the running of a private hostel shall, within one hundred and eighty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Appellate Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every apartment held by him has been disposed of.
