Application for registration.—Every authorised entity carrying on the establishment of a telecommunication network shall make an application for registration to the Wireless Planning and Coordination Wing in Form B, within forty-five days of the commencement of these bye-laws, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every network held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
