Definitions.—In these bye-laws, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India Act, 1997 (24 of 1997); (b) "authorised entity" means a person carrying on the establishment of a telecommunication network; (c) "tariff" means a tariff received, held or disposed of by a authorised entity in the course of the establishment of a telecommunication network; (d) "Form H" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
