Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the third-party funder shall apply to the Arbitration Council in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Arbitration Council shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
