Correction of entries.—The Block Development Officer may, on an application made in Form 3 by any operator of a rural water supply scheme or of its own motion, correct any clerical or arithmetical error in the register or in a certificate of registration, after giving notice of not less than twenty-one days to any person likely to be affected by the correction.
