Application for registration.—Every developer carrying on the development of land shall make an application for registration to the Corporation in Form H, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every street held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
