Application for registration.—Every operator of a rural water supply scheme carrying on the operation of a rural water supply scheme shall make an application for registration to the Panchayat Samiti in Form 3, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees and a statement of every work order held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
