Application for registration.—Every financial institution carrying on the business of a financial institution shall make an application for registration to the Registrar of Co-operative Societies in Form H, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every return held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
