Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a fuel station shall apply to the Civil Defence Controller in Form C for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Civil Defence Controller shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fourteen days of the application.
