Surrender of certificate.—Every parcel agent who ceases to carry on the booking of parcels shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Commissioner of Railway Safety in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every advertisement board held by him has been disposed of.
