Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any Public Information Officer dies, his legal representative shall, within five days of the death, intimate the death to the Competent Authority in Form F, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every request then held; and the Competent Authority shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
