Surrender of certificate.—Every Public Information Officer who ceases to carry on the disposal of requests shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Competent Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every appeal held by him has been disposed of.
