Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any auditee dies, his legal representative shall, within twenty-one days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of Tamil Nadu in Form GFR 12-A, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every bond then held; and the Government of Tamil Nadu shall enter the intimation in the register within sixty days of its receipt.
